Artchurch Studio presents el Día de Los Muertos. This exhibit celebrates the rich color and history of the Mexican holiday and features Día de los Muertos themed artwork by regional artists and a 15′x25′ community created ofrenda (altar).
The exhibit opens with a reception during Gallery Walk on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012. The reception will feature local singer/songwriter Amyjo Savannah as well as theater games and demonstration by the Artchurch afterschool CAST class. There will also be an activity center for you and your child to make Día de los Muertos themed crafts.
